Cornerstones of Science provides ongoing support to staff of partner libraries that are working to promote scientific curiosity and understanding. In addition to the opportunities listed below, Cornerstones provides customized assistance helping librarians connect with appropriate scientists and create programs tailored to their unique setting and audiences.

Professional Development Workshops
Librarians can serve as the local champions of science in their communities. Cornerstones of Science supports them in this role by providing professional development workshops that demonstrate how to introduce scientific and technological themes and tools. Current workshop titles include:

Cornerstones Library Partners Summit
Staff from Cornerstones of Science partner libraries gather every year for a day sharing stories and ideas on ways to create engaging experiences of science. These gatherings include inspiring presentations, valuable workshops and networking opportunities.
